Job Description

Summary

• Basic up to $3000

• 2-3 months performance bonus

• 5 days work week (morning/noon rotational shift)

• Permanent role

• Central region

Responsibilities:

• Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents

• Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents

• Follow up on resident\'s requests

• Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality

• Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required

• Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
