Job Description

We are looking for a service oriented individuals with great interpersonal and communication skills who can handle queries from visitors on admissions, ticketing, membership policies and procedures.

You will also need to identify with your team to identify guest service needs.

Must be prepared to work shifts including weekends, evenings and even on public holidays. You must be prepared to be on your feet.

In addition, we are looking for someone who is quite capable of handling social media posts.

Tasks

• Address service-related visitor enquiries.
• Apply digital technology to enhance attractions experience.
• Carry out health and safety standards and procedures.
• Customise guest engagement based on guest demographics.
• Deliver customer service in accordance with developed procedures.
• Ensure visitors follow safety rules.
• Escalate incidents for follow-up actions.
• Guide peers and subordinates on job requirements.
• Help to direct crowd flows through the attraction sites.
• Help to regulate queue times according to queue management approaches and methods.
• Perform second-level service assistance and recovery, including the management of lost and found items.
• Provide feedback based on usage of technology.
• Provide feedback to management on improving ground operations.
• Report deviations from operations goals, such as long queue times and crowd congestion.
• Solicit visitor feedback.
• Support emergency response procedures.

Salary will commensurate with experience. All full-time staff work a 44 hour shift per week.
