We are looking for a service oriented individuals with great interpersonal and communication skills who can handle queries from visitors on admissions, ticketing, membership policies and procedures.
You will also need to identify with your team to identify guest service needs.
Must be prepared to work shifts including weekends, evenings and even on public holidays. You must be prepared to be on your feet.
In addition, we are looking for someone who is quite capable of handling social media posts.
