Job Description


He/ She provides Front Desk and Guest Relations related guest services in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the hotel.

This multi-skilled role requires to perform other additional tasks that may be assigned by EAM/DOR/FOM.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/certificate in hotel management studies
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in the Front Office of a 200+ room, four/five star international hotel or related guest contact, service industry.
  • Able to work shifts
