Main Responsibilites includes - Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment) Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assist with daily briefings Participate in enrolling hotel guest into IHG rewards programme and assist with all enquiries Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest responsible for all other add hoc duties
