Guest Services Officer
Working Day: 6 days
Working Hour: 3 shift (depends on schedule)
Salary: $1800 - $ 2300
Location: Market Square @ Downtown East, Singapore - near Pasir Ris MRT
- Handling Guests & Members with general enquiries of membership registration and amentities
- Handling all telephone enquiries
- Handling of Tenants Promotions
- Handling of Feedbacks & Complaints from Guests
- Load of complimentary items to Guest
- Assist in developing action plans in organizing delight programs/initiatives to delight guests at all info counters
