Guest Service Crew
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service by greeting customer
- Attend to guest in the dressing area
- Guide and educate guests on spa etiquette and use of facilities.
Café Service Crew
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers
- Taking and distributing orders
- May require preparation of orders
- Clean and reset tables
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Attending to customer order/request
Requirements:
- Full Time: 1 off day per week to be scheduled by Management
- Part Time: 3 or 4 working days/week, minimally 5 - 6hrs/day
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- Customer oriented
- Positive, Cheerful & Energetic personality
- Team player
- Possess a keen to learn attitude
- Able to start work immediately will be advantage
