Job Description
GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree: In Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience in counseling, education, or a related field, often with a focus on working with children or adolescents.
Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.
JOB DETAILS:
Develop the school's guidance and counselling program.
Design and implement counselling strategies and interventions to address the diverse academic, social, emotional, and career needs of students.
Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement and ensure the effective delivery of counselling services.
Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to improve program outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
