RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and repair instruments, particularly guitars
• Source, assess and repair vintage instruments
• Manage repair parts inventory
• Train our in-house repair team
• Document and study the instruments that you work on for database building
• Liaise with brands/manufacturers to handle warranty requests/repair

• Advanced knowledge of repairing musical instruments, particularly guitars.
• Luthier degree or qualification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in repairing instruments.
• With 1-2 years of leading a service department is preferred.
• Good communications skills (English speaker).
• Outstanding organisation skills with a relentless attention to detail.
• A strong set of interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and gel with various personalities and genres of music
• Self-starter capable of working independently with ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
• Passion for musical instruments and music.
