Job Description

Children's gym in central Singapore hiring a Gym Manager to coach kids (4-12), lead a team, and run programmes in gymnastics, parkour & fitness.

We are hiring on behalf of a leading children's fitness academy in Singapore. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach kids, lead a small team of junior coaches, and manage daily gym operations.


If you've coached kids aged 4-12 and have experience in gymnastics, parkour, or movement-based programmes, this could be your next step.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of 2 FT coaches, 3-4 PT coaches, and admin staff Oversee daily gym operations, class transitions, and safety protocols Step in to coach kids (ages 4-12) when needed Maintain programme standards and ensure quality delivery Manage customer experience and communicate professionally with parents

Requirements

Proven experience coaching children in sports/fitness (gymnastics, parkour, or similar) Strong team leadership and operational skills CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to be certified) Excellent communication with both parents and staff

Work Schedule

Weekdays:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (with 1-hr break)

Weekends:

9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

5-day work week (Thu & Fri off)

Staff required to arrive 15 minutes before class start Rotational weekend-off may be considered when team is fully staffed
