Gym Operation Assistant [cleaning Equipments/ 5 Days Rotate Shift/ Islandwide]

Job Description
Working day: 5 days per week (44 hours/ week, Rotational shift )
Weekdays Shifts: 6.15am - 4.15pm, 10am-8pm, 1pm -11pm
Weekends Shift: 7.30am to 5.30pm and 10.30am to 8.30pm.
Location: Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, Paya Lebar and Marina One
Job Scope
- Ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment (bikes, boxing bags, weights etc) and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless.
- Clean and prepare the equipment required by each member in the gear-up area (boxing gloves, cleats, etc) in line with our customer experience.
- Tidy, polish and scrub the bathroom areas to create a spotless and shiny changeroom experience for members.
- Ensure all areas and equipment are safe and clean and that the club's appearance reflects the highest standard throughout the studios, changerooms and common areas.
- Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
- Report any issues or faults you find that require a technical fix.
- Closely manage all stock and conduct regular stock counts to ensure everything is accounted for and all items are in good state of repair/not expired.
- Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.
