Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess hair type, condition, concerns, and desired outcomes. Recommend suitable hair treatments, products, or services tailored to the client's needs. Educate clients on proper hair care practices and maintenance routines. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, treatments, and technologies. Collaborate with hairstylists, trichologists, or therapists to deliver holistic hair solutions. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment/product history and progress notes. Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services to meet business targets.
