Key Responsibilities


Staff Management:Hiring and Training:

Recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff, ensuring they are skilled and adhere to salon policies.

Scheduling:

Creating efficient work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.


Performance Management:

Supervising staff, providing coaching, and addressing any conflicts or disciplinary issues that arise.

Client Relations:Customer Service:

Ensuring high standards of customer service and handling client complaints or feedback professionally.

Client Experience:

Fostering a welcoming environment and creating memorable experiences for clients.

Financial Management:Budgeting:

Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring the salon remains profitable.

Sales and Transactions:

Processing payments, monitoring sales targets, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Operations Management:Daily Operations:

Overseeing the smooth running of the salon, including opening and closing procedures.

Inventory and Supplies:

Monitoring stock levels of products and ordering replacements as needed.


Maintenance:

Arranging for the regular maintenance of salon equipment and ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.
