Manage the overall operations and profitability of the salon. Review daily salon performance and create plans to improve results. Oversee and support day-to-day salon activities. Promote and upsell salon products and services to customers. Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service. Train and guide staff to meet sales and service targets.
