Hair Stylist Assistants wanted!





We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hair Stylist's Assistant to join our dynamic salon team. In this entry-level role, you will support experienced stylists by performing essential tasks such as washing hair, assisting with color applications, and handling various salon operations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the beauty industry who are eager to learn and grow into a full stylist role. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

Hair Washing and Preparation:

Shampoo, condition, and towel-dry clients' hair to prepare them for styling services.

Color Assistance:

Mix hair color formulas under stylist supervision, apply colors to sections of hair, and monitor processing times.

Salon Support Tasks:

Sweep floors, sanitize workstations, and maintain cleanliness throughout the salon. Stock supplies, organize products, and restock shampoo/conditioner stations.


Greet clients, manage appointments, and escort clients to stations.

Client Service:

Provide excellent customer service, including offering beverages, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and addressing basic client needs.

Tool and Equipment Management:

Prepare styling tools (brushes, combs, clips), clean and sterilize equipment after use, and assist with blow-drying and basic styling.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with stylists to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and support multiple stylists as needed.

Other Duties:

Assist with laundry (towels, capes), retail product displays, and light administrative tasks like filing client cards.

Compensation & Benefits


Base salary: $1600 upwards + Hands on Fees commission + product commission + bonuses Average monthly earnings: $2000 and above (higher skills = higher income!) * Future Prospect: On the job training with our Lead Stylists & Directors!
