Provide professional hair services including cutting, wash & blow, coloring/highlighting, and hair & scalp treatments.
Conduct hair and scalp analysis, and introduce suitable products and services to clients.
Explain treatment processes and demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to clients.
Recommend and assist clients in selecting the most suitable retail products and services for their hair and scalp care needs.
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and care, building lasting client relationships.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in hair styling and/or scalp therapy.
* Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply for a trainee position (training will be provided).
