Job Description
Job Brief & Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on service such as initial shampoo, rinse and dry, treatment, colouring, etc.
- Assist hairstylist/scalp therapist with preparations
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through salon services
- Sanitize, disinfect and maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene
- Maintain overall cleanliness in the workplace
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Competencies & Qualification
Min. 1 year of related experience as a Hair Assistant / Scalp Assistant Friendly, approachable and good team player Strong passion in handling customers or sales Possess good communication skills and positive attitude Well groom with self-motivated personality Able to commit retail hours
