A successful handyman is versatile enough to repair faulty appliances, fix minor electrical issues and handle numerous other tasks. Responsibilities: Maintain good physical conditions of all holding companies' (AWHL) retail outlets and our main office to ensure that the outlet's essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, lighting, wall paint, air conditioning and ventilation system are of good working condition. Conduct general maintenance works such as plumbing facilities, electrical lighting switches, painting, patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations. 100% familiar with plumbing installation such as storage/instant water heaters, replacing heater switch/cable, replacing sink/basin taps, replacing toilet bowl, and tank accessories, replacing shower mixer, and installing new stainless steel pipe. Perform routine preventive maintenance program. Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment when needed. Different maintenance requisitions will have to be responded to by the level of priorities to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings. Assist warehouse packing and shifting of items within outlets. Perform related tasks as assigned with your safety coming first. Perform all tasks that are assigned by the management. Requirements: Easily adaptable to the new work environment. Ability to promote a friendly and exceptional customer experience. Posses own motorbike, as petrol fee reimbursed from company . Qualified and licensed tradesman is preferable but not necessary. Must be comfortable working in a female working environment at our retail outlets and warehouse. Must be comfortable conversing with mandarin speaking Therapists from Malaysia and China.
