Job Description
Handling Hardware and Network related issues – Installing hardware devices and component devices.
- Handling internet related issues – Setting Firewall policies and maintaining them.
- Handling issues like virus threats. VPN and Client Support.
- Should be able to handle all server and router installation and setup independently.
- Supporting global network and IT security infrastructure.
Qualification What knowledge, experiences and or qualification is required to satisfactory perform the task?
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Strong technical background in Microsoft ADS, basic wide area network and/or local area network, security infrastructure, DNS/DHCP operation is required.
- 3 – 4 years related experience with 2 years of relevant experience in networking.
- Knowledge of MS SQL 2008, IIS Server setup, SQL2008 R2 Windows server installation and support is preferred.
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Strong project coordination skill and good team player.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
