We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design.
Responsibilities
Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools
Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements
Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus
Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment
Salary Range:
S$20-50/hr
