About the Role

Atomix Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Hardware Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Jurong East. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, performing routine maintenance, and providing technical support to clients. Your expertise will ensure the optimal functioning of our hardware systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Fault Diagnosis & Repair:

Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment issues both in-house and at client locations.

Routine Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure robots operates smoothly.

Technical Support:

Offer professional technical advice and solutions to clients, assisting them in overcoming robot-related challenges.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, fault causes, and corrective actions taken.

Spare Parts Management:

Oversee and track spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance needs.

Training & Guidance:

Provide training to new employees and clients on robot operation and maintenance best practices.

Process Improvement:

Participate in refining maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:

Diploma or higher in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in equipment maintenance; familiarity with logistics/automation equipment repair is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using standard maintenance tools and instruments; understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibility:

Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and the ability to perform under pressure.

Continuous Learning:

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and maintenance requirements. * Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as the role requires frequent communication with colleagues based in China.
