We are looking for a sales-driven and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Live-Streaming Host & Retail Assistant. This role combines in-store retail responsibilities with engaging live-streaming to promote our footwear products and enhance customer engagement both online and offline.


Responsibilities:


Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Conduct live broadcasts on platforms like TikTok, providing engaging and informative content to attract and retain viewers. Showcase footwear products, highlighting features, benefits, and selling points to generate interest and drive sales. Interact with viewers professionally and in a timely manner through comments, likes, and live chat. Maintain a consistent tone and image that aligns with the brand during live sessions. Ensure live streams are lively, interactive, and enjoyable to enhance audience engagement. Understand the brand, products, and target customer demographics. Multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Assist with inventory management and in-store merchandising.

Requirements:

Customer-oriented with a passion for retail and online engagement. Good command of English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus. Minimum 1 year of retail experience; experience in talent, hosting, or content creation is a bonus. Natural on camera and comfortable with livestreaming. Enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking, and eloquent. Passion for presenting, reviewing, and promoting footwear products. Interested in becoming a committed livestream host. Ability to work independently and commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays. * Fashion and lifestyle awareness is a plus.
