We're looking for a highly driven, passionate and knowledgeable Head, Advertising and Partnerships (Singapore) to join our local advertising & partnerships team in Singapore. If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you can help to grow our dedicated advertising pillar via partnerships, then this may be the place for you! Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, this is a really exciting and challenging role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute an Advertising & Partnership strategy that aligns with the business objectives for foodpanda Singapore
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships with key strategic partners within multiple industries e.g. financial institutions, CPG, non-CPG and media agencies
  • Lead the identification and prioritisation of new partnership opportunities to achieve the team's objectives of brand awareness, new customers acquisition and non-commission revenue
  • Full responsibility on the advertising revenue via panda ads
  • Establish relationships across multiple industries in better understanding their larger business objectives and challenges
  • Utilise data collection to review and analyse performance of each campaign and advise on opportunities for improvements & further developments
  • Development and implementation of strategic growth plans across key partners to achieve sales goals and grow business year over year
  • Be a mentor to a highly talented team and helping them to exceed their targets

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in partnerships & advertising sales
  • A confident leader, with a proven track record of building & nurturing teams
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
  • Highly creative individual who isn't afraid to propose and try new ideas.
  • Great communicator, with the ability to diffuse conflict & get the best out of people.
  • Ability to work within a tight timeline and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Results oriented and data driven: Able to make data informed decisions for a strategic partnership. Proven track record of utilising data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalised into impactful partnership campaign execution.
