Job Description

What the role is:The Head (AI Solutions & Design) will drive the engagement strategy with internal stakeholders (such as Home Team Departments/HTDs and HTX units) to promulgate HTX\'s Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy across Home Teams. He/she will lead a team of Lead/Engineers (AI Solutions & Design) to develop the engagement plan between HTX and each of its stakeholders to conceptualise use cases in AI. At the same time, he/she will lead the team to develop and execute a framework that involve collaboration with cross-functional product and engineering teams for the prioritisation of identified AI use cases, while establish the best practices for productive collaboration with stakeholders. He/she will also lead the team to develop the conceptual design and solutioning to address the various use cases identified.What you will be working on:1. Management of a team of Lead/Engineers (AI Solutions & Design) \xe2\x80\xa2Establish performance metrics for the team and individuals (e.g., quality of engagements with stakeholders leading to generation of AI use cases, conceptual design and solutions developed to address the use cases). \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure team receives adequate coaching and provide regular feedback to improve on their engagements. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and implement training roadmap to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. 2.Stakeholder Account Management & Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategy, in alignment with department\'s business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish best practices for productive collaboration with stakeholders and lead efforts to improve stakeholder experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engagement activities and monitor the progress and impact of collaborations with stakeholders. 3.Business Analysis & Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and conceptualise a framework that involves collaboration with cross-functional HTxAI Heads for Product/Engineering and R&D COE teams, for the prioritisation of identified AI use cases, considering criteria such as operational impact, technical feasibility, and availability of resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and review AI Collaboration Memorandums for prioritised use cases with HTDs, that will include the scope of work, business processes, existing systems & limitations, timeline, and desired outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the team to conduct user experience and service journey mapping for prioritized AI use cases for gathering of both operational and technical requirements, including availability/readiness of datasets for AI model development. 3.Business Analysis & Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and conceptualise a framework that involves collaboration with cross-functional HTxAI Heads for Product/Engineering and R&D COE teams, for the prioritisation of identified AI use cases, considering criteria such as operational impact, technical feasibility, and availability of resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and review AI Collaboration Memorandums for prioritised use cases with HTDs, that will include the scope of work, business processes, existing systems & limitations, timeline, and desired outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the team to conduct user experience and service journey mapping for prioritized AI use cases for gathering of both operational and technical requirements, including availability/readiness of datasets for AI model development. 4. Solution & Design for AI Use Cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the team in developing the conceptual design and solutioning, incorporating a mix of in-house products, outsourced commercially-off-the-shelf products, and/or co-developed capabilities with external stakeholders, that can address the prioritised AI use cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, identify and streamline synergistic solution implementation across the internal stakeholders, such that the HTxAI products can be scaled across the home teams and resources can be better coordinated. Delivery of impactful solutions to address AI use cases from HTDs, by leveraging both internal HTxAI product and R&D capabilities.What we are looking for:

• Postgraduate / Tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative/ analytical fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 8 years of experience (with at least 3 years as a people manager) in stakeholder engagement, business development, account management, or related field, preferably in the context of data science, AI, or technology-driven initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interest in technologies and knowledge of AI/Machine Learning, Data Science and Data Analytics, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding and experience in at least one of the following skillsets: Design Thinking, Workshop Facilitation, Change Management, Project Facilitation & Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic mindset with the ability to align engagement activities with the organizational goals and priorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Having a good understanding of Home Team Departments\' business and technical requirements will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Can translate strategy into implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is self-motivated and able to perform under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has high level of integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is both a strong leader and performs well as a team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
