• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the value of logistics/industrial real estate assets.
• Lead a team of asset managers and collaborate with property management, leasing, and investment teams to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation, to drive informed decision-making.
• Evaluate market trends, tenant needs, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for asset enhancement and value creation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee property operations, including leasing, capital improvement projects, and risk management initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management and investors.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and market conditions to recommend and implement innovative strategies for asset optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in asset management within the logistics/industrial real estate sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing the value of a diverse real estate portfolio.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry regulations, and emerging technologies impacting logistics/industrial real estate.
