JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop strategy to drive usage and loyalty of all card customers
2) Develop and implement marketing plans for activation, usage & loyalty for the purpose of onboarding new to bank customers and retention of existing customers
- To track business trends, monitor market development to identify opportunities
- Develop strategic alliance through "win-win" proposition with business partners to enhance customer value proposition
- Review and enhance operating system capability and operational support
- Review and improve customer delivery and fulfillment processes
- Review the strategy and plan for Treats SG app
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategy to drive usage and loyalty of all card customers
Develop and implement marketing plans for activation, usage and loyalty for the purpose of onboarding "New to Bank: and retention of existing customers
Oversee and manage Cards Usages and Loyalty top line and net revenue performance
Develop and implement business strategies / plans that is adopted by Maybank's Regional countries so as to enhance our Group's USP of having more exclusive merchant deals in more S.E.A regions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance related fields
More than 10 years experience in the banking / finance industry and at least 5 years in a managerial position
Proven experience in managing Card's Usage & Loyalty business and with full profit & loss responsibilities
Good understanding of the market environment, consumer behavior, product dynamics and financials of the Cards business
Proven relationship management experience with business partners
A team player and leader with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic
Innovation driven with the latest payment trends to champion ideas and new way of doing things
