We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, designing and executing menus, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing kitchen staff effectively.





Key Responsibilities:


Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff. Plan, develop, and execute creative and seasonal menus. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen budget. Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.


Requirements:


Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role. Strong culinary skills with a passion for innovation. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
