Responsibilities

Manage the P&L of the data centre business unit.
Formulate vision and strategy for the business unit. Generate an execution plan to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our business offerings
To lead a team of sales, design, delivery and operations professionals to provide innovative, highly resilient and power-efficient data centre solutions in design, build and management of data centres.
To ensure a healthy pipeline, build relationships, active participation in contract negotiations and tenders. Engage in sales and marketing activities to build pipeline and establish clientele base
Ensure timely execution, deployment of resources, risk management and project governance.
Establish and maintain excellent and professional working relationships with the customers and industry partners

Degree in Engineering or related discipline with at least 15 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge in data centre infrastructure
Strong track record in defending and developing new business in the commercial and government sector
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Good leadership skills and ability to motivate team to excel
Proven track record in meeting financial objectives of an organisation
