Job Description
:
To work with, assist and support the CEO to achieve SAFEF's objective of supporting local food production through building viable business to business services and networks for farms.
Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise level strategies and projects to help farms improve viability. Develop business proposals to various stakeholders to secure commitments to projects. Work with various partners to implement projects. Track and analyze project implementation and respond to implementation challenges. Ensure proper documentation of proposals and implementation processes. Analyze food sector related data to assess effectiveness of projects. Lead small internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business related subjects. At least 8 years of relevant experience. Excellent planning, organizational and communications skills. Communicate verbally and in writing with Chinese speaking stakeholders. Proven ability in time, budget and team management. Good track record in business development and project management. Knowledge in food industry is preferred. * Driving own car will be duly compensated and preferred due to access to more remote business areas.
