The ALC brings stakeholders in the adult learning ecosystem together to jointly innovate and co-produce solutions in an experimental community environment. Stakeholders include, but are not limited to adult learning institutions, adult educators, enterprises, technologists, researchers and policymakers.For more information on Singapore University of Social Sciences and Institute for Adult Learning, please visit or .About The JobA key focus of the collaboratory is to guide communities in innovating solutions in adult learning, empowering them to conduct their own experiments in authentic settings, guided by specific protocols established by the ALC through a distributed experimentation approach.The Head (Experimentation) will strategise and lead these distributed experiments in the ALC using non-conventional methodologies. The appointee will design experiment protocols, coach and guide ALC stakeholder communities in conducting experiments, collect and analyse data-including accessible analytics outputs-and collaboratively report on the experiment outcomes. This reporting will encompass both academic and non-academic outputs.In this position, the appointee will report to the Deputy Director of the Research Division and work closely with the Head of Ecosystem and a team of industry specialists to engage stakeholders in community solutioning and experimentation.What You Will Be DoingThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
