Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives with the sales team as Head of Global sales. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to close.

\xc2\xb7 Lead qualification for leads and sales opportunities \xc2\xb7

  • Understand customer\'s business issues, and pain points and translate these into a compelling solution and vision
  • Identify, connect, and actively engage with key targets, influencers, and decision-makers inside an organization
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts; \xc2\xb7
  • Actively funnel opportunities, monitor the pipeline, and create and maintain a weekly product and services forecast
  • Update and maintain CRM tools and database of leads, prospects customers and deal stages
\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive sales and account plans to achieve sales quota; the focus is on the development of opportunities at new target accounts and the development of new markets \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Understand the industry and competitive landscape; \xc2\xb7 Follow Solution Selling during the sales cycle
  • Drive the development and continuous upgrade of our sales tools and pre-sales instruments

Skills & Requirements We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us expand our business. Having experience in Enterprise sales is a requirement for this position.

  • \xc2\xb7 Successfully sold into large Enterprises \xc2\xb7
    • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, MBA in Marketing with 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience and 5+ years in Leading Teams (Including Product, Software, Services and Solution Sales)
    • Experience covering APAC and Global
    • Fluent in English, and at least two other languages (including Hindi as a requirement)
    • Passion and commitment to customer success
    • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraint
  • Willingness to travel for business (minimum 30%)
