The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners departments.
The key responsibilities are as follow: Lead the team in partnering stakeholders on strategic HR matters, e.g. manpower / resource planning, succession planning, performance management etc Facilitate and implement changes arising from e.g. HR policies, business processes, re-organisation, leadership changes, or major workforce disruption, etc Formulate & advise specific solutions for Research Entities taking into account the context & complexity unique to Research Entities Shape and drive organisation-wide HR policies and systems through efforts in harnessing the use of data analytics and automation Support stakeholders in developing and managing manpower and related budget plans for current and future needs Proactively identify trends & propose interventions such as relating to motivating staff and developing positive and strong cultures so as to retain an engaged workforce Ensure delivery of HR related operations and meeting service standards Act as the main conduit for HR related support & services
Requirements
Preferably at least 5 years of relevant HR experience Excellent written and communication skills Strong influencing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills The above eligibility criteria are not exhaustive.
