About Our Client Our client is one of the largest Global Logistics MNCs. They specialize in the management and coordination of complex supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods and materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities They are currently on an active lookout for a suitable candidate to join them as a Head of 4PL Implementation.
Your key responsibilities include:
Working closely with various internal departments including Sales, Solutions Design, Operations, IT, and Program Management
Leading the implementation of Order Management and Freight Management
Developing a functional strategy and driving agility in meeting customer needs
Analyzing data and trends to improve overall supply chain management for customers
Managing a team of implementation managers to ensure Governance Model is adopted for sustainable operations, customer retention, and profitability
Managing vendor and carrier onboarding in a systematic and replicable approach
Resource planning
Involving in pre-and post-sales activities with business development
Supporting the transformation of processes and solutions and maximizing digitalization opportunities
Coordinating with other teams to improve end-to-end processes and drive value
Reviewing and enhancing all processes and compliance on deployed solutions
Coaching, training, and developing team members for robust collaboration and business continuity
Training overseas counterparts/stakeholders on the rules of engagement
Maintaining and updating training materials with process and system teams
University graduate with minimum 10 years job experience in Supply Chain Management/Forwarding Industry
Min. 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Order Management and Freight Management Solutions
Fluent in English
Strong people management and development skills
Solid experience in implementing order management solutions
Thorough understanding in origin, control tower and destination operations
Proficiency in Office 365 especially on Visio, MS Project/Planner
Solid understanding on Business intelligence tools like MS Power BI
Experience and skills in dealing with internal and external parties across different functions
Strong presentation and communication skills with customers, internal process owner and stakeholders
Occasional travel both short and long-haul trips with APAC is needed
Project Management & Change Management Skills
Understanding on ERP and WMS would be an advantage
