Please join us and contribute to our goals with your new role as Head of Aftermarket APAC. This role is based in Singapore.

Your tasks

Lead APAC aftermarket sales team to reach and exceed the following business targets:

To significantly scale up current sales through channel development, e-Commerce channel.

To play an active role in the aftermarket ecosystem and sell power transmission automotive belt, commercial vehicle components as well as other ContiTech components into the aftermarket as one ContiTech.

To manage margin, accounts receivables and cost.

To be a key part of the segment team to develop and then execute our distribution strategy to maximize the BA Industrial Solutions APAC profitable growth and market share.

To drive customer centricity though the entire BA organization to establish a preference and premium for our products and solutions, establishing ContiTech as the preferred partner of choice in the aftermarket.

You ensure

Strategy

  • Segment strategy development and execution with their area of responsibility including deployment to and through their teams
  • Definition and implementation of the market strategy and budgets close aligned with segment and BA governance guidelines
Sales Development Targets
  • Lead the business to achieve or beyond budget (Volume, Sales, Growth, MOS, EBIT) and other planned targets and KPI\xc2\xb4s
  • Develop aftermarket business as one ContiTech approach and keep the growth faster than general industry development in the region
  • Develop forecasts to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitably
Customer Management
  • Responsible for customer acquisition, managing contracts/business proposals incl. Commercial negotiation
  • Develop and maintain strategic and quality relationship with customers
  • Form cooperative relationship with key influencers in the industry
  • Ensure close customer relation management within boundaries set by compliance
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years field of sales and marketing experience
  • Experience in channel or aftermarket business preferably
6 years * Good at organizing and leading a diverse, motivated, winning team
  • Leading responsibility experience min. 5 years
  • Project management experience in an international/global context
  • Have customer-centric mindset and practise a pro-active, efficient & transparent communication
