Job Summary:





We're seeking an exceptional Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI initiatives and drive innovation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. You'll develop and implement AI strategies, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.





Key Responsibilities:





1. AI Strategy: Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with business goals, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.


2. Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a team of AI engineers, researchers, and scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


3. AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions, leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.


4. Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.


5. Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies, applying insights to drive business growth.


6. Data Management: Oversee data strategy, ensuring high-quality, diverse, and relevant data for AI model training and deployment.


7. Ethics & Governance: Ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed responsibly, adhering to ethics, regulations, and industry standards.





Requirements:





1. Technical Expertise: Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields, with extensive experience in AI/ML/DL/NLP.


2. Leadership: Proven experience leading AI teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
