Datadog is looking for a visionary Head of Sales Engineering with a strong builder mentality to lead and scale a high-performing team of Commercial & Mid-Market Sales Engineers and regional Sales Engineering leaders across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This includes supporting Commercial and Mid-Market sales engineering teams across India, ASEAN, Australia, Korea, and Japan.
This is a strategic leadership role with regional and global impact. You will define the Commercial & Mid-Market Sales Engineering strategy for APJ, lead a geographically distributed team, and act as a regional voice in global discussions with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams-ensuring that customer needs in APJ influence Datadog's global direction.
