• Engineering school with at least 10 years of in the energy sector
• Good knowledge of the renewable energies sector, technologies, and stakes
• Particularly good knowledge in finance, first experience in JV management
• Substantial International experience and knowledge of APAC area

Managerial activities

• Is accountable to put in place and to improve the major processes of his/her Region, his/her governance, and reporting.
• Is accountable for the diffusion and the application of politics and directives within his/her Hub including TTE safety, compliance, and financial management rules.
• Coordinates the actions, workload of his/her direct reports and evaluates them according to their objectives.
• Elaborates the budget of his/her Region.
• Puts in place the necessary means to professionalize his/her team.
• Validates the significant production of his/her Region.

Operational activities

• Organizes, industrializes, and coordinates his/her own Region
• Owns and optimizes the P&L of the assets
• Deploys and implements guidelines & tools (HSE, Sustainability, offtake, O&M, AM) or other countries that require support
• Manages the Operation and Maintenance of the assets to optimize operations
• Negotiates and/or validates strategic local contracts
• Manages substantial claim
• Provides the operational and financial reporting for his/her Region
• Interacts with BD and PD in its Region to anticipate future assets
• Proposes offtake schemes to A/C and \xe2\x80\x9cBU Power\xe2\x80\x9d when need be
• Is the interface with internal TTE entities for his/her Region
