Job Description

:Position Overview:

• Lead regional initiatives for Ownership groups, Hospitality Investment Companies, and Management Companies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for product sales opportunities.
• Generate business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third-party partners.
• Develop and coordinate a worldwide relationship with customers to establish Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimize product sales.
• Execute aggressive strategies and plans to drive the product as the preferred customer selection.
• Provide account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs and assist them in leveraging Oracle\'s products for large revenue opportunities.
• Assist in articulating the product message, coordinate technical resources, and facilitate deals to a successful close.

• Exceptional negotiation skills and proficiency in account relationship management.
• Extensive expertise in products, technology, services, and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for navigating large organizations.
• Previous experience in ownership groups or management companies preferred.
