In this key strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of our balance sheet products across the Asia region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, increase profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for balance sheet products (deposits, loans and mortgages) across Asia, aligning with the bank\'s overall objectivesLead the design, development and roll out (incl. communication) of balance sheet products and services to meet client and market demandsConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies and the offering as necessaryMonitor and steer the financial performance of balance sheet products by defining and optimizing pricing standardsIdentify growth opportunities and run sales initiatives (e.g., campaigns, trainings) in collaboration with various stakeholdersAct as the single point of contact for product, pricing, process, and change requestsEnsure all products comply with local and international regulatory requirements, working closely with compliance and legal teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including treasury, risk, finance, and Front sales teams, to ensure alignment and successful product implementationYOUR PROFILEBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in balance sheet management, product development, or a related field within the banking or financial services industryIn-depth knowledge of banking products, particularly deposits, loans, and liquidity managementProven track record of developing and managing successful product strategies within the financial sectorStrong understanding of regulatory environments across AsiaExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
