As a key member of the leadership team at a rapidly growing startup, the Head of Business Development, Fundraising, and PR will play a crucial role in driving the company\'s growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to enter new markets, and overseeing the company\'s fundraising and PR efforts. The head of business development, fundraising, and PR will be a hands-on self-starter with a strong track record of success and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other companies, organizations, and individuals

o Crypto Trader Outreach
o Developing Leads from Marketing o Gathering User Feedback
o Optimising Sales Strategies

• Oversee the company\'s fundraising efforts, including developing and implementing fundraising strategies and identifying and cultivating relationships with potential investors

o Investor Deck curation and optimization o Investor Outreach
o Pitching to Angels and VCs
o Investor updates to existing stakeholders

• Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company and its products or services, including:

o LinkedIn Posts
o Medium, Blog, and Newsletter articles
o YouTube (Shorts) / TikTok content
o Traditional Media Outlets (Pressreleases) o Industry Events (hosting and attending)

• Negotiate deals and contracts with potential partners, investors and traders
• Account Management

o White glove service for high-value users

• Develop strategies and KPIs to enter new markets and expand the company\'s reach
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech departments within the organization to ensure that business development, fundraising, and PR efforts are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, and PR, preferably in a start-up environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective business development, fundraising, and PR strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
