My client is looking for the above candidate from the industrial or Automotive industry

Responsibilities

• Define, drive and track key strategic projects in ASEAN/TW to enable subregion\xe2\x80\x99s growth ambition, incl. project planning & monitoring, project portfolio management, reporting, resource planning, etc. to meet long-term (strategic) target & goals
• Act as strategic think-tank and sparring partner for Head of Subregion ASEAN/TW
• Liaison with ASEAN/TW countries, incl. country heads, business line sales leaders as well as relevant functional leaders to reflect the dynamics & uniqueness of each country
• Lead structural transformation of subregion ASEAN/TW regarding footprint, organizational structure,
• business scope, incl. potential M&A projects
• Create presentations for upper/top management
• Support ASEAN/TW leadership team with key meetings (e.g. quarterly business reviews) preparation, OKR management, strategic & operational planning

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business / relevant qualifications
• More than 10 years of working experience
• Experience in ASEAN/TW context & business insight into multiple functional areas, such as marketing or business development in complex matrix environment
• Proven project management experience in multi-national corporation with demonstrated organization skills
• Strong business acumen \xe2\x80\x93 experience in automotive (aftermarket) industry or comparable industry preferred
• Strong experience in (customer) strategy & know-how of ASEAN/TW markets with an outside-in perspective & customer-centric attitude
• Strong strategic agility, high influencing & impacting skills & ability to manage high complexity & stakeholders with different backgrounds
• Excellent/Outstanding MS PowerPoint & MS Excel skills
• Background in research, analytics techniques, consultancy of advantage
