Job Description

As the Head of Business Solutions, you\'ll be the architect and champion of technology, ensuring seamless integration between back-office and front-office systems to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business solutions strategy: Align technology roadmap with business goals, identify and implement best-in-class solutions for back-office functions (e.g., ERP, supply chain management, logistics, finance).
• Expertly manage and prioritize back-office solution projects: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and vendor selection to implementation and ongoing support.
• Bridge the gap between back-office and front-office: Foster collaboration between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of back-office systems with CRM, e-commerce, and omnichannel platforms.
• Drive data-driven decision-making: Leverage business intelligence and data analytics tools to gain actionable insights, optimize processes, and inform strategic initiatives.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement: Stay ahead of the curve in retail technology trends, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, and drive the adoption of new technologies.
• Build and manage a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and mentor business solutions specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business solutions, preferably within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing complex IT projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with experience in backend integrations.
• Solid knowledge of front-office solutions, including CRM, e-commerce, and omnichannel platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
