Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Clinical Operations & Experience.
To run the front reception and client-facing services, providing support for the practice team to deliver client concierge services.
To execute and report on the back-office operations, ensuring the operations are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Operations Management
Clinical Oversight
Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical service delivery through coordination and collaboration with the Medical team.
Oversee medical protocols, SOPs, and compliance with regulations.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance by monitoring adherence to healthcare regulations (MOH, HIPAA, etc.).
Help lead clinical audits and implement corrective actions.
Oversee use of EMRs, diagnostic tools, and clinic tech platforms.
Drive improvements in patient flow, scheduling, and documentation.
Act as the bridge between clinical teams, admin, and commercial departments.
Vet, negotiate, contract and onboard new clinical suppliers, ensuring quality standards and favorable terms.
Manage existing clinical suppliers, reviewing terms regularly and negotiating for favorable terms
Contribute to quality control of marketing copy and sales materials from a medical standpoint
Align operations with business goals and client satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development (Individual & Corporate Clients)
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Originate and help onboard high-value individual clients.
Deliver Initial Exploratory Calls or Meetings to onboard clients.
Develop and manage relationships with corporate accounts (HR, insurance, strategic partners and wellness programs).
Assist with customising health services and programs for executives, corporate clients and partners.
Assist with developing preventive health plans, longevity programmes, and executive health screening packages.
Work with CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and renewals.
Represent the clinic at industry events, networking opportunities and with the media
Requirements:
A minimum of 20 years of relevant medical and clinical experience
Proven Client Acquisition & Relationship Management with HNW clients.
15 + years of relevant experience with relationship building for corporate accounts (HR, insurance, strategic partners and wellness programs)
Exceptional partnership experience and skills client service demeanor and skills
Tech-saviness (EMRs, diagnostic tools, and clinic tech platforms) and proficiency with multiple software and hardware systems
Meticulous attention to details, discretion and confidentiality in handling clients
