Head of Co
mmercial role for South East Asia
. Reporting to the APAC MD, you will be part of the SHL Leadership committee, influencing commercial strategy, driving best practice whilst delivering growth across our largest customers in this territory. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading high-performing sales teams to overachieve targets & penetrate new markets, whilst leading by example through networking the Southeast Asian market.

What you will be doing:
Define and achieve the regional go-to-market strategy and growth plan
Build, scale, and spearhead high-performing sales teams across SEA
Network & drive sales opportunities with clients, industry stakeholders, and at market events
Guide through change as SHL expands into AI-enabled offerings and new SaaS models
Inspire, coach, and develop the broader team to win relationships with Asia's largest organizations
Develop succession planning, leadership development, and regional bench strength strategies
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
Fluent English and significant sales and sales management experience
Experience exceeding quota, selling to
multinational corporations
in SE Asia
Expertise in client retention, prospecting & qualification
Lead-generation mastery of methods/tools in the Asia market
Industry experience: HR/TA or management solutions, SaaS, or subscription models
Preferred:
Languages in Thai, Bahasa, Mandarin, Vietnamese would all be advantageous
History of selling to Top 500 companies; HR/talent-management domain
