You will manage and lead a team to drive internal and external communications, manage media relations, and enhance our corporate reputation globally.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and other communications channels to foster a sense of belonging and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with POPS and senior leads to ensure consistent messaging on company initiatives, policies, and organizational changes.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance and protect the company\'s reputation among key stakeholders, including employees, business partners, customers, and general public.
• Monitor industry trends and perceptions to proactively identify reputational risks and opportunities.
• Implement crisis communication plans to manage issues effectively and maintain stakeholder trust.
• Establish and track operating metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Corporate Communications activities, and regularly benchmark Traveloka\'s position among industry peers
• Define a clear scope and manage agencies and advisors to deliver outcome that supports corporate objectives
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and promote the company\'s key messages.
• Work in the background to support Traveloka spokespersons in managing media inquiries, interviews, and press releases.
• Develop media training programs for executives and other spokespersons to ensure effective communication and message delivery, if necessary.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of communications professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and evaluate performance against key metrics.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

\xe2\x80\x8eRequirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications; experience in top corporate communications advisory is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in building, conceptualizing and executing integrated PR communications campaigns.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.
• A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of corporate branding, reputation management, and crisis communication.
• Experience working with senior executives and advising on communication matters.
• Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools, as well as digital communication platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
