:Supervision and Oversight of Credit Control Operations

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Credit Control department, ensuring efficient and effective credit and collections processes that align with company goals and regulatory standards
• Ensure that all collections activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner, maintaining positive customer relationships while securing payment
• Provide hands-on management of the Credit Control team, guiding and assisting in the resolution of complex cases, and addressing any customer concerns with professionalism
• Oversee the recovery process for delinquent loans, ensuring a balanced approach that minimizes risk while adhering to fair collection practice
• Promote and uphold the company\'s commitment to fair dealings by ensuring that all credit control and collections activities are conducted in accordance with both regulatory standards and the company\'s ethical guidelines
• Provide leadership in handling customer disputes or complaints regarding credit issues, ensuring that resolutions are fair and in line with company policies
• Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing and Risk Management) to align on credit-related issues and foster interdepartmental cooperation in resolving complex matters
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors, to ensure fair dealings and compliance with all contractual and legal obligations
