As the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for building a team of post-sales professionals to partner with our customers to help them realize business value through the consistent use of our Digital Experience Intelligence platform.
Based in Singapore, you will hire team members in accordance with business needs in the APAC region, perform employee reviews, participate in strategic deals, build authentic relationships, and generally serve as an ambassador of FullStory who always has our customers' best interests in mind.
