Head of Cyber Security/Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

1. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

For this role, you will be the CISO for a firm, and help to lead and implement strategies to ensure strong cybersecurity governance, a resilient cybersecurity posture, and robust security controls throughout the organization. You will develop cybersecurity strategies that support present and future security operations, workplace, and workforce. You will provide oversight to information risk management framework across the Protect-Detect-Respond-Recover spectrum. You will also lead the Cybersecurity Operations Group, guiding continuous enhancement of the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure effective and timely detection and response to cybersecurity threats and incidents. In your capacity, you will report and communicate cybersecurity incidents, issues, and risks to senior management committees, ensuring that cybersecurity concerns are adequately represented in organizational decisions and plans. You will leverage cyber technologies and in-house cybersecurity solutions for cutting-edge cyber defense solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Security, Information Engineering, or Computing.
• Professional certifications, including but not limited to Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity fields and risk management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, cybersecurity operations such as threat monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, cybersecurity assessments, cybersecurity risk management frameworks, and policies.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills in team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interactions with senior management teams and various external stakeholders.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing complex and large-scale security incidents.
• Passionate about enhancing the knowledge and abilities of the SOC team, as well as promoting cybersecurity vigilance and awareness within the organization.

2. Head of Cyber Security for a Leading Firm

For this role, you will be reporting to the CIO, and in charge of the Security function. You will be in charge of ensuring the security standards are in accordance and also do risk assessments and security architecture related work. You will oversee a team and the security solutions and operations and enhance the Cyber Security Function.

3. Technology Information Security Officer (TISO) - Cloud Security for a Leading Firm

For this role, you will be a TISO, focusing on cloud security.
