The Opportunity

As the

Head of Data & AI

, you will lead the data and artificial intelligence functions, oversee the architecture, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives, and ensure the delivery of impactful insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with executive leadership to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Lead and manage the Data & AI team, including data engineers, data scientists, and analysts. Develop and implement the company's data strategy and AI roadmap aligned with business objectives. Oversee data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance. Drive AI/ML initiatives, including model development, deployment, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business units to translate strategic goals into actionable data insights. Foster a culture of innovation, data literacy, and advanced analytics across the organization. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning and data analytics.

Your Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; PhD preferred but not required.

Extensive experience (10+ years) in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles.

Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, big data technologies, and cloud platforms. Proven experience in building and leading high-performing data and AI teams. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions that create business impact.
