Through its Wealth Management Solutions, it would offer robo-advisory services and act as distributor of investment products. These next generation product-platform experiences are being designed with a purpose to Increase revenue, enhance customer experience and reduce Costs. For the role, we are looking for talented & passionate leaders to shape awesome experiences for our Prospective & Existing Customers and our Distributors. You will be driving Product engagement across different markets and lead multiple project delivery teams to drive Prudential Wealth Management strategy. You will be an excellent communicator committed to driving the highest levels of collaboration with business, technology partners and project teams. Key Responsibilities Include 1. Product Vision, Roadmap & Business Impact . Co-create the vision and roadmap of the Wealth product in partnership with technology partners based on the business and technology teams' feedback from multiple market implementations . Manage modification & enhancements of existing solution with the technology partners to address emerging business, user or regulatory needs . Work with regional business stakeholders to arrive at common agreements & understanding on business impact of the Platform / product . Ensure Articulation, Measurement & Publishing of key business KPIs that platform / product is built for 2. Delivery of agreed platform roadmap & realization of business benefits . Lead the various markets' business and technology teams to deliver the Wealth product roadmap required to support the business growth and transformation drives by aligning business needs with product plans that incorporate appropriate internal and external research . Provide leadership, direction, guidance and coaching to the project teams in relation to all aspects of the project. . Monitor and review all market implementations managed by the team to meet quality, schedule, P&L and stakeholders' objectives. . Make appropriate high-level decisions to resolve project-related challenges. . Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders periodically to refine platform Lead the team to work towards optimizing the product value based on the feedback . Work in agile framework to break down the product plans and deliver best-in-class product experiences 3. People & resource management . Effective stakeholder and vendor management at all levels and functions. . Enable the skills and aspirations both for self and the team to scale with the business & perform effectively . Develop, coach and mentor project teams . Develop resource plans - ensure timely staffing and optimal deployment of resources for all projects Accountable for planned budget, acquiring of budget (ACR) and spending (invoice approval) Experience & Education : . At least 12+ years of total experience in managing and delivering customer-centric software products and services in a high growth environment . Demonstrated passion for transformative user experiences . Leading cross-functional, cross-company and cross-market teams to deliver product experience & projects timely . Experience with Vendor Engagement & RFI, RFP . In depth understanding of wealth management and processes is advantageous . Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field MBA or other relevant degrees will be added advantages Stakeholder Management & Technical Skills . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders . Strong experience in Digital Product management and UX . Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss product strategy and manage trade-offs . Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to backup assumptions and recommendations and to drive actions . Strong negotiation skills - able to balance the role, priorities & stakeholders . Experience in Agile methodologies . Need to be able to effectively communicate Product vision and features with Business leaders & Business Partners
