We are seeking a data-driven, commercially minded Head of Digital Growth & Martech to lead our digital acquisition strategy, growth marketing initiatives, and martech infrastructure. This leadership role is responsible for scaling performance marketing across global markets, unlocking client lifetime value, and building a digital stack that supports high-performance trading growth. You'll lead a cross-functional team spanning paid media, web, automation, analytics, and marketing technology - focused on driving measurable results across acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
Your Responsibilities
Digital Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead a global digital marketing strategy to drive new user acquisition, FTDs, and volume growth.
Own and optimize the performance marketing mix across paid search, programmatic, social, affiliates, and retargeting.
Oversee always-on campaigns as well as time-bound launches (e.g., product rollouts, promos, regional spikes).
Martech Leadership & Infrastructure
Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM, CDP, campaign automation, tracking, and attribution platforms.
Ensure data hygiene, user identity resolution, and personalized journey capabilities across channels.
Evaluate and implement martech tools to support scalability, targeting, and performance insights.
CRO, Website & App Experience
Oversee web and app funnel optimization: from landing pages to onboarding to in-app journeys.
Partner with Product, UX, and Data teams to test and deploy experiments that improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
Ensure optimal tracking, attribution, and user experience across digital touchpoints.
Growth Experimentation & Funnel Optimization
Develop a test-and-learn framework to validate new acquisition channels, messaging, and funnel strategies.
Use A/B and multivariate testing across channels and assets to optimize cost-per-acquisition and user activation.
Drive segmentation-based strategies to personalize growth actions (by country, trader type, lifecycle stage).
Cross-Functional & Regional Enablement
Collaborate with regional marketing, product, CRM, content, and compliance teams to ensure digital activities align with local market needs and global objectives.
Provide guidance, dashboards, and support to local marketing managers for regional campaign success.
Translate global goals into scalable digital execution plans.
Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting
Build real-time dashboards to monitor digital performance, CAC, ROI, and LTV across channel.
Lead marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch analytics to inform spend decisions.
Forecast digital growth contribution to business KPIs with accuracy and accountability.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
Job Experience & Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Digital/Business or a related field.
Minimally 8 years of experience in digital marketing/growth or performance marketing - ideally within fintech or regulated digital platforms.
Proven leadership experience in managing both performance teams and martech infrastructure.
Technical and Functional Skills
Deep expertise in paid media, web analytics, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and data-driven growth.
Proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Amplitude, or similar.
Strong understanding of financial products and compliance requirements (FCA, ASIC, CySEC) will be advantageous.
Soft Skills & Other Requirements
Data-driven and commercially minded approach to digital marketing strategy.
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with accuracy and accountability.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and regional enablement skills.
Experience in financial lead generation funnels will be advantageous.
Understanding of privacy regulations and first-party data strategies (e.g., cookieless tracking, GDPR).
Experience launching new markets or scaling growth teams across multiple geographies is preferred.
